We embed with your team to ship AI that actually works.
Far Horizons is a 4–6 week embedded residency. We join your team, build production-ready LLM systems alongside your engineers, and leave you with working infrastructure and the skills to run it.
Led by Luke Chadwick. Previously: REALABS at REA Group, Google Daydream, Valve/Vive partnerships.

How we work
Most clients start with an LLM Residency. We also offer strategy and sprint engagements for teams not ready for a full embed.
4–6 weeks embedded with your team. We work alongside your engineers to build a production LLM system—retrieval pipelines, automation workflows, or custom integrations. You get working code, governance documentation, and a team that knows how to maintain it.

About Luke Chadwick
I've been shipping emerging tech since before it was safe. Co-founded REALABS—REA Group's innovation lab—where we brought Matterport to Australia, partnered with Valve on pre-release Vive units, and shipped the world's first VR property portal on Google Daydream.
The lab ran like a startup inside a public company: DK1 demos to convince skeptics, Zero Latency collaborations at trade shows, and a measurement-obsessed culture that proved 3D tours drove 95% more buyer enquiries.
Now I run Far Horizons—an embedded consultancy that ships LLM systems with enterprise teams. I work from trains, airports, and co-working spaces across 53 countries. The company is registered in Estonia (e-Residency) for frictionless EU delivery.
The work is hands-on: I write code alongside your engineers, not slide decks for your executives. If you need a trusted technical partner to help your team ship AI that actually works, let's talk.
How I work
Follow the fast water
Move toward the edge where capability and need haven't met yet—VR in 2014, AR in 2016, LLMs today.
Show, don't tell
People believe what they can touch. Every engagement ships demos early.
Go where the work is
53 countries and counting. Location changes; the standard of delivery doesn't.
Bring people along
Innovation sticks when teams understand it. Workshops and shared playbooks are non-negotiable.
